we accept visa debit, credit and master cards payment and we charge with the Stripe secure server as it is simply the safest and easiest method of sending and receiving payments. All payments must be cleared before the items are dispatched. We also accept payments through Paypal.
We aim to dispatch the item within 48 hours of receiving the clear payment and please allow up to 4-7 working days delivery time on all orders after payment has cleared.
You can cancel your order any time before we dispatch your items and we will issue a full refund to you. Just email us for cancelling an order to email@example.com with your order id
Faulty Goods / Wrong items Delivered:
If any item you received is faulty or a wrong item is delivered, please contact us by simply sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or to email@example.com (within 7 days of receipt) so that we can arrange to solve the issue as soon as possible
Change of mind:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition. If you are returning the goods for a refund, we will refund the full amount that you have paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but we will not refund the cost of delivering the items to us.
Please note that none of the above affects your statutory rights.
